Theme: Hope, Promise, and Preparation
Course Overview:
In this course, children explore how God sent messages of hope through the prophets. Mrs. Erica and Boydee guide kids to see how these messages point to Jesus, teaching faith, patience, and the importance of listening to God’s Word.
Week 1: Isaiah – The Promise of a Savior
Memory Verse: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given.” – Isaiah 9:6
Overview:
Mrs. Erica and Boydee introduce Isaiah’s prophecy, showing children that God had a plan to send a Savior long before Jesus came. Kids begin to understand hope and trust in God’s promises.
